A traditional baguette made as per French tradition by a local baker, it is baked and hand-formed in Dubai every day with sourdough.
Made with sourdough only, handmade, free-baked.
All the products are baked with sourdough and are long fermented.
Baking instruction: Pre heat the oven at 240C during a few minutes (5-10min). Cook between 3 and 6 minutes depending on how crispy you like your bread!
